Anne-Marie Diouf

Anne Marie Diouf is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Symetra Life Insurance Company since 2004, Anne Marie has advanced through various roles within the organization, including Vice President of Human Resources and Assistant Director of HR Operations. Prior to Symetra, Anne Marie held positions as Human Resources Manager and HR Representative at Safeco from 2000 to 2004, and as HR Administrator at Precor, Incorporated from 1997 to 2000. Anne Marie began a career in human resources at Target as a Team Relations Leader from 1995 to 1997. Anne Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western Washington University, earned between 1988 and 1992.
