Charles Liptaak has a diverse work experience spanning different roles in various companies. Charles started their career at Unisys as an Architecture Specialist, where they led a systems integration project for Qantas. Charles then joined Accenture as a Project Manager and Technical Architect, where they led multiple projects and pioneered the use of multiple development methodologies. Charles then worked at Microsoft, first as a Solutions Architect in the Enterprise Partners Group, advising top-tier partners on technology trends and designing industry solutions. Charles later became the Product Unit Manager, leading the creation of a large cloud-based CRM platform. Charles also worked at Aterria as a Solution Architect, specializing in manufacturing, defense, and government sectors, implementing large-scale integration and cloud solution projects. Most recently, they worked at Symetra as the Director of Engineering, where they led the cloud transformation of a multi-billion-dollar business and established a comprehensive solution-centric infrastructure. Throughout their career, Charles has demonstrated expertise in cloud technologies, architecture, and delivering innovative solutions.
Charles Liptaak earned a Bachelor of Engineering - BE degree in Computer Systems and Electronics from RMIT University from 1992 to 1995. Charles also obtained a High School Diploma from Rozsa Ferenc from 1979 to 1983. In addition, Charles has a Private Pilot License from Interstate Aviation, which they obtained starting in 2015.
