Ed Bolles

Ed Bolles is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in investment technology and management consulting. Currently serving as the Head of Investment Technology at Symetra since June 2024, Ed previously co-founded and operated Suretys from January 2020 to June 2024, developing an innovative insurance solution for car buyers. Prior roles include Strategic Advisor and Managing Director at Olmstead Associates, Head of Strategy at Invesco Ltd., and Head of Technology Engineering at The Hartford, where significant improvements in application stability and cost reduction were achieved. Ed's prior experience encompasses roles at CIGNA, SS&C Technologies, and Aetna Life & Casualty, showcasing a strong background in enterprise architecture, application development, and technology strategy. Ed Bolles holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Quinnipiac University.
