Gina Ton

Gina Ton currently serves as the Director of Employee Benefits & Wellbeing at Symetra, a role held since July 2024. Prior to this, Gina was the Senior Director of Global Benefits at SiFive from September 2022 to June 2024, where a significant achievement included transitioning health and retirement programs away from a PEO, resulting in $1 million in savings. Gina also held the position of Head of Benefits at The Real, overseeing global benefits programs from June 2020 to September 2022. At CSAA Insurance Group, Gina worked as Senior Manager of Benefits & Wellness from June 2011 to November 2019, responsible for evaluating and analyzing benefit programs. Earlier experience includes serving as Manager of Health & Welfare at Salient Federal Solutions Inc. from January 2010 to June 2011. Gina Ton holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a Group Benefits Associate from The Wharton School.
