Krista McClimans

Krista McClimans is an experienced Learning Experience Designer and training specialist with a strong background in instructional design and curriculum development. With tenures at Symetra, where Krista designed and delivered training modules for new and existing employees, and Everett Community College, where Krista instructed business curricula and conducted curriculum research, Krista has demonstrated expertise in both classroom and online learning environments. Prior experience includes roles as a CTE Instructor at Lake Stevens Sr High School, Project Coordinator for Microsoft’s Worldwide Alliances and Channels, and various positions at Microsoft focusing on training coordination and content management. Krista holds an MBA in Project Management from City University of Seattle and a Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics from Western Washington University.
