Gerardo Ruiz-King

Gerardo Ruiz-King is a seasoned professional in architecture and design, currently serving as the Founder of BIM Dad since February 2024. Prior experience includes roles at Microdesk, where Gerardo holds positions as AECO Strategic Implementation Manager and Architectural Solutions Specialist since April 2019. Prior to that, Gerardo was a Senior Designer and Designer at The Galante Architecture Studio, Inc. from August 2016 to April 2019, responsible for creating graphical materials for project presentations and gathering existing conditions through site visits. Gerardo's career began at the Boston Housing Authority from June 2010 to August 2016, working as an Interpreter/Translator and Bilingual Intern. Gerardo holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from the Boston Architectural College, completed in 2018, and studied at Merrimack College from 2007 to 2009.
