Robert Gaska

Robert Gaska has a diverse work experience in the defense industry. Robert is currently working as the Director of US Operations at Symetrica since 2022. Previously, they worked at Raytheon Missiles & Defense as the Associate Director of Operations from April 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Production Control Manager at the same company from March 2014 to April 2021. Robert also worked at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems as a Manufacturing Lead from February 2011 to March 2014 and as a Material Program Manager from January 2010 to January 2011.

Robert Gaska completed their Bachelors degree in Marketing at the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2000 to 2004. Robert then pursued further education and obtained their MBA with a focus on Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University between 2007 and 2010.
