In the years 1971 to 1978, Tudor attended various Technical Colleges, earning an ONC degree followed by an HNC in Mechanical Engineering and Thermodynamics. Subsequently, from 1979 to 1983, they studied at University College Cardiff, where they obtained a First Degree with Honours in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Studies. Additionally, in 1980 to 1983, Tudor earned a Bsc.(Hons) in Mechanical Engineering and Energy Studies from the same institution. Their field of study throughout their education has consistently been focused on Mechanical Engineering, particularly in areas such as energy and thermodynamics, as well as the maintenance and repair of diesel-powered locomotives.
