John Paul Noble has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. John Paul began their career as the Founder and President of Noble Construction & Development Services Inc., where they managed small business operations and improved workflows. John Paul then worked as a Property Management Supervisor at Cedar Ridge Homes Inc., overseeing building code inspections and coordinating resources for building completion.

In 2005, they also joined Ladder-Max LLC. as an Operations Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed a quality system, implemented lean practices, and improved the order-to-cash cycle. At Medtronic, they served as a Program/Project Analyst, focusing on supplier risk management, cost reduction, and conflict minerals tracking.

Noble then moved on to roles at Physio-Control, Inc., including IT Hardware & Software Asset Management, Strategic Sourcing Leader for Software Solutions, and Strategic Sourcing for Display Solutions. In these positions, they led audits, managed purchasing controls, and drove technology development.

John Paul later joined Stryker as a Global IS Asset Management specialist, managing software licenses, implementing Agile methodologies, and leading SharePoint migrations. At Symetrix Inc., they held roles such as Director of Information Services, Director of Engineering and Technology, and Vice President of Business Operations. In these positions, they focused on cybersecurity, infrastructure scalability, and operational coordination with senior leadership.

Most recently, before their current position, Noble worked at NOBLE DYNAMICS L.L.C., serving as President and providing consulting services in software development, systems integration, and Lean Sigma for educational institutions and non-profit organizations. John Paul also delivered keynote speeches on cloud management and value creation at the Seattle Tech Leader Summit.

John Paul Noble has a diverse education history. John Paul obtained a Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Washington from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended the University of Idaho from 2004 to 2009, where they earned two Bachelor's degrees. One degree was in Operations Management, and the other was in Information Systems.

Apart from their formal education, John Paul Noble has also obtained several certifications. In 2015, they became a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt through ASQ and a Certified Software Quality Engineer.
