Les Croydon

Les Croydon is an experienced Head of Operations with a strong background in the food production industry. They have held various roles, including Operations Director at Symington's Limited since 2022, and previously worked as Site Leader and Production Manager at Symingtons and Premier Foods, respectively. Les has demonstrated expertise in Operations Management, Continuous Improvement, and Production Planning throughout their career, which began in 1996 at Oakdale Bakeries. They graduated from Adwick School and continue to build on their operations expertise.
