Antone Dias

Antone Dias has a diverse work experience in the field of architecture and project management. Antone started their career as an Architect at Arrowstreet Inc., where they worked on various projects such as Worcester Commons Fashion Outlet and Lotus Corp. In this role, Antone independently completed record drawing sets and coordinated supplemental instructions and sketches.

Antone then worked at Payette Associates as an Architect, where they served as a Construction Administrator for projects like Brigham & Women’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital. Antone received and processed submittals and RFIs from contractors, reviewed shop drawings, and proposed methods for streamlined construction administration paperwork.

Antone also worked at Mount Vernon Group as an Architect and Project Manager. Antone managed projects like Ashland Schools and Kittredge School, providing full-time on-site representation and issuing ASIs, PRs, PCOs, COs, and Sketches. Additionally, they worked on the Roosevelt Middle School project in New Bedford and the Dracut Junior High School project.

At The S/L/A/M Collaborative, Antone served as an Architect and Project Manager for the Smith Center for the Arts at Providence College. Antone managed all phases of the project, developed code review drawings, and provided periodic reviews of construction documents.

Antone’s latest role was at SMMA | Symmes Maini & McKee Associates, where they worked as a Project Manager and Construction Administrator. Antone served as an Owner’s Project Manager for various school projects and provided project management services to monitor procurement procedures, design, construction, and related activities.

Outside of their architectural work, Antone served as the Treasurer of the North End Neighborhood Association.

Antone Dias completed their primary and secondary education at St. Michael's from 1976 to 1984. Antone then attended B.M.C. Durfee High School from 1984 to 1988, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.

Following their high school education, Dias pursued a Bachelor of Architecture degree and an Associate in Engineering degree at the Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1988 to 1993, specializing in the field of Architecture.

In addition to their formal education, Dias obtained the Massachusetts Construction Supervisor certification with the designation CS-085773 in June 2015, although the issuing institution is not provided.
