Lauren Martin

Lauren Martin has over 14 years of work experience in various roles related to marketing, communications, and project management. Lauren is currently working as a Senior Marketing Coordinator at SMMA, where they manage and implements the corporate proposal process and assists in internal and external communications efforts. Before joining SMMA, Lauren worked at Holaday-Parks, Inc. as a Proposal Manager for four years. In this role, they oversaw all internal and external communication efforts and managed the corporate proposal process. Prior to that, they worked at RGS Associates, Inc. as a Business Consultant, where they served as the project manager to the Naval Sea Systems Command Acquisition and Commonality Directorate. Lauren also played a key role in overseeing all internal and external communication efforts and managing the corporate proposal process. Lauren's earlier experience includes working at Enterprise Information Services, LLC (EIS) as a Proposal Coordinator and Executive Assistant, where they provided direct support to the Commanding Officer and managed proposal teams.

Lauren Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical and Ancient Studies from Virginia Tech, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. In 2012, they pursued coursework at Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs, focusing on Communication, General, and completed their studies in 2014.
