Brian Sorge

Brian Sorge is the SVP Americas at Symmetra where he oversees the development and delivery of inclusive leadership strategies and training solutions. Previously, he held roles such as Principal, Managing Director at L+C Creative Group, VP Client Solutions at Braidio, and Managing Director at Jennifer Brown Consulting. Brian has extensive experience in advising clients on HR strategy, organizational development, diversity and inclusion, and leadership development. He also has a background in admissions and recruiting, having worked at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management - Northwestern University and the Illinois Mathematics and Science Academy. Brian holds a BA in Psychology and Sociology from Miami University and has completed graduate studies in Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School.
