Carly Wilkinson

Carly Wilkinson is currently working at Symmetra as the Principal - Digital and Innovation focused on Diversity and Inclusion. She also serves as the Ambassador at Awesome Foundation. Previously, she was with Axialent as the Impact Creation Global Senior Consultant and Regional Project Manager and Business Manager. Carly has a strong background in culture transformation, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and operational performance improvement. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Macquarie Business School and certifications in Organisational Coaching and Digital Learning Design. Additionally, she has volunteered at various organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters Australia Ltd and Centro Infantil Hogarcito De San Ramón.
