Matt Teasdale

Matt Teasdale has extensive experience in technology support and IT operations, currently serving as a Technology Support Analyst at Symmetry Investments since September 2017. Prior to this role, Matt worked as a Server Hardware Engineer on a contract basis at Vertex IT Solutions and held various positions at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from 2004 to 2016, including Electronic Trading/Application Support Analyst and Level 1 Manager. Responsibilities included managing workloads, user migrations, and providing second-line support for thousands of users. Earlier roles involved technical support at Toyota Motor Corporation and Dow Jones Newswires, showcasing a solid foundation in IT support and troubleshooting. Matt holds a BA (Hons) in Geography from Northumbria University.
