Megan Mundell

Megan Mundell, PHR, has a diverse work experience in the fields of human resources, finance, and hospitality. Megan'smost recent position was Director of Human Resources at Symmetry, where they started in January 2023. Before that, they served as an HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager at the same company. Prior to their time at Symmetry, Megan worked as a Human Resources Generalist and HR Consultant from June 2018 to November 2020. In 2015, they briefly worked as a Financial Center Operations Manager (FCOM) Associate at Bank of America. Megan also gained valuable experience at Walt Disney World, where they held roles as a Facilitator from June 2012 to July 2015 and as a Hostess from August 2011 to July 2015.

Megan Mundell, PHR, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Liberal Studies-Organizational Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh, which they earned from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Sheboygan between 2010 to 2012. Megan has also acquired additional certifications, including the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in November 2020, the Florida Notary Public certification from the Notary Public for the State of Florida in November 2015, and the Sommelier Introductory certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in October 2014.
