Brian Castagna

Brian Castagna currently serves as the Chief Information Security Officer at PerkinElmer, Inc., overseeing the information security program for a global workforce of over 6,000 employees across more than 40 countries. In addition to this role, Brian is an investor with SVCI - Silicon Valley CISO Investments, a member of customer advisory boards for Rapid7 and CyberArk, and serves on the advisory board for Symmetry Systems. Brian has a long history of leadership in information security, having held the CISO position at Seven Bridges, which was acquired by Summa Equity, and serving as Director of Information Security at Oracle following its acquisition of Dynamic Network Services. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Accounting Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, in Computer Information Systems, both from Bentley University. Brian is also involved with .406 Ventures’ Cyber Executive Council and previously served as a board member for Security Tinkerers.
