In-house Lawyer, Director of Corporate law department at Servier- In his current role at Servier, Benoit Chéron, with his team, is in charge of providing legal support to the Group to ensure that the Group remains independent under the control of its not-for-profit Foundation but also to accompany the Group in its growth through the setting up and maintenance of subsidiaries or through Mergers and Acquisitions. Before taking this position in 2012, Benoit Chéron has acquired a wide experience within the HQ legal department of the Servier Group which he joined in the year 2000 which include inter alia drafting and negotiation of complex commercial agreements and management and follow up of litigations. Benoit Chéron has been awarded with a DEA (LLM equivalent) in Contract Law at University Paris-Sud in 1999 and a diploma in International Relations and European Studies in the University of Kent (UK) in 1998.
