Lorenzo Cantera

Lorenzo Cantera has been working in the media industry for over 14 years. Lorenzo began their career in 2006 as a Video Assistant at the Straz Center for the Performing Arts, where they provided motion graphics, animation and editing support for projects, created Straz coming attractions commercials for local tv and radio broadcasts, and shot video of various on stage production shows for archival purposes. In 2009, they took on the role of Creative Art Director at CARTER ADVERTISING & MARKETING, where they created, animated and shot car commercials that ran on local TV networks, designed various visual concepts for car dealers newspaper and TV advertisements, and shot and created branding and campaigns for various non-auto clients. In 2011, they became a Production Artist at VF Imagewear. In 2018, they joined Crosswind Church as their Media Director, where they produce Sunday services, creates video announcements, printed announcements, sound engineers, runs stage lights, designs presentation slides, and live-streams. In addition, from 2006 to 2018, they were a Video Creative Designer and Contracted Designer at Symphonic Distribution, where they designed promo packages for client's marketing, provided video and photography services for various unique projects, designed and maintained the various mail newsletters for outgoing clients use, and designed Symphonic branding, graphics, video and websites.

Lorenzo Cantera attended the University of South Florida from 2002 to 2007, where they received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Electronic Media.
