Sreedhar Tatavarthi

Sreedhar Tatavarthi has a long and varied work experience. Sreedhar began their career in 2003 as a Consultant at BellSouth. In 2004, they moved to UPS as a Consultant. In 2005, they joined Caterpillar as a Consultant and was certified as a 6 Sigma Green Belt. From 2006 to 2016, they worked at Flexera Software, where they held various roles, including Senior Product Manager, Principal Consultant, and Senior Consultant. In 2016, they joined Thales as Director of Product Management, where they charted product strategy and roadmaps, leading to a 21% revenue CAGR for 3 years. Sreedhar also designed and validated prototypes and launched 3 new SaaS product add-ons, resulting in over ten-fold increase in sales opportunities. In 2017, they joined Wildlife Prairie Park as a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2021, they became Co-Founder & CEO of bitLabs, and also took on the role of Business Technology Consultant at Stract LLC. Sreedhar is currently the VP Software Solutions at Symphonize.

Sreedhar Tatavarthi's education history includes a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Bapatla Engineering College (1996-2000), a Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delaware (2000-2003), and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in General Management, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Managerial and Organizational Behavior from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business (2013-2016).
