Simon Stevant

Simon Stevant has a diverse work experience in the retail and technology industry. From September 2011 to October 2014, they worked as a Customer Support Analyst at SymphonyAI Retail CPG, where they resolved cases, facilitated quality control for patches, and developed relationships with clients. From October 2014 to November 2021, they served as an Associate Professional Services Consultant and later as a Professional Services Consultant at SymphonyAI Retail CPG. In these roles, Simon managed the implementation team for the GOLD project, took ownership of design, and communicated with customers. Since December 2021, Simon has been a Senior Professional Services Consultant and Design Team Lead at SymphonyAI Retail CPG, with responsibilities including leading the design team and ensuring successful delivery of projects. Prior to their time at SymphonyAI Retail CPG, Simon worked as a Technical Analyst at Rakuten France from July 2010 to July 2011.

Simon Stevant attended Lycée privé Blomet from 1997 to 2003, where they earned their Baccalauréat degree in the field of S. Simon then attended Lycée Janson-de-Sailly from 2003 to 2004, where they pursued a degree in Physics and Chemistry (PCSI). Simon continued their education at IMT Atlantique from 2004 to 2006, specializing in Computer Software Engineering. In 2010 to 2011, they returned to Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers to obtain a degree, RNCP III Software Development, in the field of Computer Science. Finally, they completed their formal education from 2013 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree/Licence in Computer Science from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
