Anida Mumic

Anida Mumic has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Anida worked at symphony.is from 2020 to the present as a Delivery Director and Senior Service Delivery Manager/Program Manager, where they successfully delivered products with cross-functional teams and practiced agile methodologies. At Infobip, from 2018 to 2020, they held various roles including PMO Team Leader, Senior Project Manager, and Process Optimization Engineer, where they established and led the PMO team, optimized processes, and implemented project management frameworks. Prior to that, at BH Telecom from 2011 to 2017, they served as Head of Access Networks Projects Department and Project Manager, overseeing program planning, project coordination, and cost accounting. Additionally, they had teaching assistant roles at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering University of Sarajevo and the University of Tuzla.

Anida Mumic has a strong educational background in the field of telecommunications. Anida earned a Master's degree in Telecommunications from the University of Tuzla, completing their studies from 2011 to 2016.
