Laura Ann Rowe

Laura Ann Rowe is a highly experienced professional in nutrition and systems integration, currently serving as the Senior Technical Advisor at Nutrition International and NI-based Project Director for USAID AFFORD since August 2021. With significant leadership roles including Executive Associate at Oazis and Deputy Director at the Food Fortification Initiative, Laura has extensive expertise in technical assistance for national fortification programs, organizational capacity building, and program development across multiple countries. Previously, Laura held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer at Project Healthy Children, directing various aspects of organizational growth, staff training, and program implementation. Academic credentials include a Master's in Public Health and a Master's in International Nutrition from Tufts University, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnobotany from Connecticut College. Laura also holds a Systems Thinking Certificate from Cornell University.
