Jelena Stojanović

Jelena Stojanović has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jelena is currently the HR manager (Head of HR) at symphony.is since May 2021. Prior to that, they worked at TradeCore as the Director of People Operations from October 2019 to May 2021, where they focused on building and nurturing company culture to create a high-performing organization.

Before joining TradeCore, Jelena worked at TeleSign as the Manager of Talent Acquisition from November 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the end-to-end talent acquisition and recruitment processes, as well as executing employer branding initiatives.

Jelena also has experience as a Senior HR Consultant at ICAP Serbia, where they helped clients with leadership development programs and provided training in sales and negotiation skills from June 2017 to November 2017.

Additionally, Jelena worked at MERA as an HRBP/Recruitment Consultant from April 2016 to June 2017, and at Century 21 as an HR Manager from May 2012 to April 2016. Jelena also served as an Office Manager at Century 21 from February 2010 to May 2012, where they managed various core business functions and worked closely with franchise offices.

Jelena Stojanović's education history begins with their completion of high school at Grammar high school 'Golub Kures' in Bileca, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Jelena obtained their high school diploma in General Studies in 2002. Following this, Jelena attended the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Organizational Sciences from 2002 to 2014. During this time, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Information Technology.

In addition to their formal education, Jelena has also obtained several certifications. In June 2017, they completed the SPIN Selling skills certification program offered by Huthwaite International. Jelena also acquired the certification of being a skilled negotiator through the same institution. More recently, in May 2022, Jelena obtained the PCM certification from Atria Group International. Furthermore, they obtained the Design thinking - foundation certification from Talks and Folks in November 2022.
