Nitendra Patel

Nitendra Patel has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, starting as an Assistant Manager at Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd in 2001. Nitendra went on to hold various managerial roles at Wockhardt Research Center and Zydus Cadila before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources at Biotech Vision Care Pvt. Ltd. In 2019, they joined Symphony Limited as the Vice President of Human Resources and eventually became the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. Throughout their career, Nitendra has gained expertise in talent management, people development, and leading HR practices across multiple companies.

Nitendra Patel pursued a degree in Human Resource Management at Gujarat University from 1995 to 1997. In 2012, they obtained a certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate in Human Capital Management from SAP Global Certification. Later in 2018, they completed the Gallup-Strengths Coach program at Gallup Inc. Additionally, they received certifications in Performance Management from Aon and Creating a Culture of Change from LinkedIn in 2020.
