Tanya Soroka

Tanya Soroka serves as the People Growth Director at Symphony Solutions since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Prior experience includes the role of Human Resources Director at Ascendix Tech, where Tanya led a team of 17, crafted HR strategies, and enhanced various HR processes. Tanya has also held positions at Plarium and EPAM Systems as HR Manager and Talent Acquisition Consultant, respectively, focusing on workforce planning and executive recruitment. Additional roles include recruitment and management positions at TEAM International and Slavyanka, along with education in management and HR from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School and coaching from CoachingUP University.
