Madhur Kaushik (MK) has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Madhur started their career at HCL Technologies as a Technical Support Officer, providing support for routers/switch configurations and network-related issues. Madhur also handled and tested the company's internal reporting tool. After that, they joined Dell as a Technical Support Expert, where they were part of the Total Solutions team for the US Consumer Segment. Madhur provided technical assistance and ensured revenue generation.
