Tim Lawes is the Senior Manager of Solutions Consulting for Symphony SummitAI. With over a decade of sales, training, and implementation experience, he provides technical leadership to the North America SummitAI team. Tim has experience in the Commercial, Military, Federal, State and Local Government space, with a deep passion in helping customers maximize the value of their ITSM purchase.

Tim was a key member of the Samanage team, helping drive revenue that led to a $350M acquisition of Samanage by SolarWinds in 2019. After the acquisition, Tim spent two years managing a large team of solutions consultants across a breadth of products and offerings at SolarWinds.
