Gabriel Mihalache

Gabriel Mihalache has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Gabriel currently works at Symphony as an IT Specialist since June 2022. Prior to this, they founded Electric Hybrid Market in 2016.

From 2015 to 2020, Gabriel worked at Gartner as an IT Manager for France, Spain, and Portugal. In this role, they were responsible for technical support, managing a Help Desk in India, backend systems, training, supplier management, events and symposiums, subject matter expertise, remote office visits, IT asset management, and office refreshes.

Before joining Gartner, Gabriel worked at Europcar as an IT Systems and Network Technician from 2014 to 2015. Gabriel'sresponsibilities included hardware and software support, website monitoring, training, creating procedures, and team performance review.

From 2012 to 2014, Gabriel worked at Oracle as a License Management Systems Analyst, focusing on ULA compliance. Gabriel also gained experience as a Helpdesk Engineer and Quality Analyst at Stefanini from 2010 to 2012, providing technical support and training, creating reports, analyzing team performance, and handling tickets and incidents.

Gabriel's earlier experience includes working as a Mechanical Engineer at Hidraulica S.A., where they designed hydraulic and pneumatic systems, troubleshooted and repaired components, managed a team, and handled sales and inventory management. Before that, they worked at COSMOTE Mobile Telecommunications S.A. as an Administrative and Data Agent, and at Teleperformance Romania as a Help Desk Team Lead.

Gabriel Mihalache has a diverse education history. Gabriel obtained their Master's Degree in Hydraulics and Fluid Power Technology from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, graduating in 2009.

Before pursuing higher education, Gabriel attended the National Technical College of Postal Services and Telecommunications from 2000 to 2004, where they obtained their High School diploma in Telecommunications Technology/Technician.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel has also obtained several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the CompTIA A+ ce certification from CompTIA. Moreover, in 2015, they completed the Field Service - Lenovo Think Notebook Authorization Training. Most recently, in November 2021, Gabriel acquired the WebMarketing certification from ESECAD.
