Mikhail Tarasov

Mikhail Tarasov has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and technical leadership. Mikhail currently holds the position of Software Engineering Manager - Capital Markets at Symphony.com, where they have been working since 2019. In this role, they are responsible for managing software engineering projects related to capital markets.

Prior to their current position, Mikhail worked at BNP Paribas as a Technical Lead from November 2017 to June 2019. Mikhail was responsible for leading technical teams and overseeing project development.

From July 2013 to October 2017, Mikhail worked at Interactive Clouds as a Technical Lead. Here, they played a key role in the development and implementation of various cloud-based applications.

Before joining Interactive Clouds, Mikhail worked at Fidelity Investments as a Senior Technical Consultant from July 2015 to June 2016.

Mikhail also has experience working as a Technical Lead at Capital Banking Solutions from September 2012 to June 2013. In this role, they led a team of developers and contributed to the development of a cloud-based application platform.

Mikhail began their career at Ecensity in 2001 as a Java Developer, where they worked on web content personalization, dynamic page generation, and user profile administration for the company's flagship product.

Mikhail also gained experience at iRessources as a Business Analyst from March 2011 to August 2012 and at Quadrant Risk Management as a Software Architect and Developer from January 2008 to February 2011.

Mikhail's early career includes a role as a Software Engineer at Russian Post from January 1999 to December 2000.

Mikhail Tarasov obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where they studied from 1993 to 1999. In December 2010, they also obtained a certification as an Oracle Certified Master, Java SE 6 Developer from Oracle.
