Kristi Rees is a seasoned professional in customer insights and market research with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Sr. Manager, Customer Insights at SymphonyAI since November 2025, Kristi's prior roles include Consumer Insights Manager at Cirkul, Vice President of Client Leadership at Kantar, and Retail Performance Team Leader at Boar's Head Brand. At Kantar, Kristi led strategic client relationships for major CPG and Financial Services accounts, delivering actionable insights through comprehensive research.
