Steven Pardo

Steven Pardo is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in architecture and cloud services. Currently serving as VP of Engineering at Symple Lending since April 2024, Steven previously held the position of SVP, Architecture and Common Platforms at Sterling, where responsibilities included overseeing global architecture and data services while fostering a DevSecOps culture. Steven led multiple initiatives, including the successful onboarding of millions of users to a secure client platform and the development of a robust Microservices architecture. Previous roles include Technology Director at Znalytics, where a custom energy billing platform was launched, and Senior Business Solutions Architect at ista North America, where onboarding optimization achieved significant cost reductions. Steven holds a Master’s degree in Bioengineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
