Madoka McCormick has a diverse work experience ranging from client support and operations management to food and beverage service.

They started their career at St. Ursula's College as a Teacher Aide from 2007 to 2009, where they organized and conducted a successful excursion trip to Japan for students.

From 2009 to 2014, they worked at The Southern Hotel Motel as the Gaming Manager and Asian Customer Relations Officer/Duty Manager. Their responsibilities included managing issues related to Asian patrons' customs and traditions, training staff members, and advising on effective communication with Asian patrons.

In 2014, they joined The Wilsonton Hotel as a Bar & Gaming Attendant. They worked in this role until 2015.

In 2015, they joined Kingfishers Café as a Food & Beverage Attendant. This role lasted until 2016.

In 2016, they joined CareerHub as the Technical Client Support Lead for APAC. They held this role until 2021 when they transitioned to become the Client Support and Operations Manager.

In 2016, they also started working at Symplicity Corporation as the Technical Client Support Lead for APAC. Their role transitioned to Client Support and Operations Manager in 2021. Their responsibilities included leading the support staff, identifying and reporting software bugs, supporting new releases, overseeing projects, and providing training sessions for clients and internal teams.

Throughout their work experience, Madoka McCormick has demonstrated their ability to manage operations, provide excellent customer service, and adapt to different roles and industries.

Madoka McCormick completed a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and German at the University of Southern Queensland from 2007 to 2010. Later, from 2014 to 2015, Madoka pursued a Graduate Diploma of Business in Information Systems at the same institution.
