Nathan Wellsfry, SHRM-CP

Nathan Wellsfry, SHRM-SCP has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. From 2015 to 2016, they worked as a Field Associate at Craig Parisot for Delegate and then went on to intern at Americans for Prosperity as a Human Resources Intern. In 2015, Nathan also worked as a Recruiting Assistant (Contract) at Legal Placements, Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they held the position of Sr. Human Resources Assistant at DC Bar. Nathan then moved on to join the U.S. Committee for Refugees and Immigrants (USCRI) as a Human Resource Generalist from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Nathan is working at Symplicity Corporation, where they started as a Senior Human Resources Generalist in 2019 and later transitioned to the role of HR Manager in April 2021. In 2021, they also took up the role of Career Coach at an undisclosed company.

Nathan Wellsfry, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background. In 2010, they began their studies at Arizona State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science and Government. Nathan successfully completed their undergraduate education in 2014.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge and professional development, Nathan enrolled in George Mason University in 2021. Nathan is currently working towards a Master of Science (MS) degree in Organizational Development, Knowledge Management, and Analytics (ODKM). Nathan is expected to complete their graduate studies in 2023.
