Courtney Frank

Courtney Frank is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Manager at symplr since April 2021, where responsibility includes leading the Employee Growth & Development team and the Learning Technology team, monitoring their performance to enhance training effectiveness. Prior to this role, Courtney was a Manager of Learning Technology and a Senior Learning Technology Specialist at TractManager, focusing on learning management systems and web-based training development. Also a co-owner of The Bar at Treeline House, Courtney oversees the strategic management of eco-lodging properties.
