Kathy Balas

Kathy Balas is an experienced executive assistant and administrative professional with a diverse background spanning several companies and roles. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CFO, CTO, and CLO at symplr since April 2021, Kathy previously held the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operations Officer and Team Engagement Lead at TractManager, which is now part of symplr, from July 2018 to April 2021. Prior to that, Kathy worked as a Trade Compliance Analyst at Mueller Co. from September 2014 to April 2018. Kathy's career began in administrative roles at Westinghouse Electric Company, GLMG, Inc., PCI Energy Services, LLC, and Ross Industries, Inc., where Kathy developed a strong foundation in office management and executive support.
