Susan Boling

Susan Boling has over 30 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Susan started as an Office Manager at Union City Anesthesia Group in 1991 and worked there for over a decade. Susan then joined Community Health Systems in 2003 as a Provider Enrollment Specialist, where they enrolled physicians into various insurance plans and handled change of ownership for Medicare groups. In 2007, they were promoted to Enrollment Supervisor and later became the Enrollment Manager. In 2011, Susan joined Payor Enrollment Services LLC as a Managing Consultant until 2015 when the company merged with symplr. At symplr, they served as the Director Of Operations, Provider Credentialing Services from 2014 to 2021, and then transitioned to the role of Sr. Director, Payer Enrollment Services until 2022. Susan is currently the Vice President, Payer Enrollment Services at symplr.

Susan Boling completed their undergraduate studies from 1985 to 1989 at Murray State University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Marketing.
