Angelo P. Kafkis has over 30 years of work experience in the wine and spirits industry. Angelo P. began their career in 1987 as an Account Manager for Pacific Wines Company, where they held roles as On-Premise Chain Account Manager, Key Account Manager and Sales Representative. Angelo P. earned several award trips for exceeding sales quotas and building new business. In 1999, they joined Terlato Wines as a Field Sales Manager and National Sales Specialist, where they were responsible for all wine sales in Illinois and managed six district managers. In 2005, they moved to Constellation Brands as Illinois On-Premise Sales Director, and then to Crimson Wine Group as Midwest Regional Manager. In 2015, they became a Franchise Owner for Martinizing Dry Cleaning, and in 2017 they became a Partner at SYMPTOS.

Angelo P. Kafkis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Chicago between 1981 and 1986.
