Amanda Declet

Amanda Declet is a highly experienced fragrance development professional with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Fragrance Development Director at Symrise AG since May 2018, Amanda previously held roles including Senior Fragrance Development Manager at RECKITT BENCKISER and Senior Fragrance Evaluator at L'Oréal. Prior to these positions, Amanda developed expertise at Firmenich, Inc., where roles ranged from Fragrance Development Manager to Associate Fragrance Development Manager, and included experience as a Quality Control Chemist and R&D Chemist. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Seton Hall University, acquired in 2000.
