Boris Mueller

Boris Mueller has a strong background in regulatory affairs, product compliance, and safety within the scent and care industry. Boris currently holds the position of VP Global Strategic Safety, Regulatory & Advocacy Scent at Symrise AG, a role they have been in since April 2021. Before that, they served as the VP Global Strategic Regulatory Affairs Scent & Care at Symrise from 2015 to April 2021. Prior to joining Symrise, Boris worked as the VP Global Product Compliance at Symrise from 2009 to 2014. Boris also gained experience as the Manager of Product Safety & Regulatory Affairs at Givaudan from 2007 to 2009. Before that, Boris held the position of Technical Liaison Manager at Unilever from 2004 to 2006 and worked as a Scientist at PMRL Cologne for Philip Morris International from 2002 to 2004.

Boris Mueller attended RWTH Aachen University from 1992 to 2002, where they obtained a Dr.rer.nat. degree in Diplom-Biologe.
