Charlene Ooi

Charlene Ooi is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Operations Head for Singapore and Southeast Asia at Symrise AG since September 2022. Prior to this role, Charlene worked at DKSH SMOLLAN as the Manager of HR Business Partnering and held various positions at Groz-Beckert East Asia and Avanade, including HR Business Partner and APAC HR Regional Training Coordinator, respectively. Charlene's career began at Human Dynamic Asia Pacific as a Global Relationship Management Executive. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business (Management) from RMIT University and a Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering focusing on Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Nanyang Polytechnic.
