Florine Lourette

Florine Lourette is a professional with extensive experience in the flavor and fragrance industry. Currently serving as a Vanilla Junior Product Manager and Vanilla Product Line Officer at Symrise AG since April 2022, Florine has previously worked at Fontarome (Flavors) from April 2019 to August 2021, where responsibilities included formulating sweet and savory flavors, conducting chromatographic studies, and applying flavors to various food sectors such as dairy and beverages. Earlier experience includes internships at PureCircle in both 2016 and 2017, focusing on stevia extracts and beverage formulation. Academically, Florine holds a Mastere spécialité in marketing and food product engineering from EM Normandie Business School and a Master of Science in perfumery, cosmetics, and food flavors from ISIPCA.
