Gerald Reinders has extensive work experience in the flavor and fragrance industry. Gerald began their career in 1997 as a Lab Manager for Separation Science at Symrise AG (formerly Haarmann & Reimer GmbH). From 1999 to 2001, they served as the Lab Manager for Special Analytical Services. Gerald then progressed to the role of Director for Flavor Release and Encapsulation Research from 2001 to 2004.
