Luciana Knobel

Luciana Knobel is a seasoned professional in the fragrance industry with extensive experience in leadership roles across Latin America. Since April 2015, Luciana has served as Vice President Creation Latam Fine Fragrance at Symrise AG, overseeing a creative team of perfumers and fragrance development managers. Previous roles at Givaudan from 2001 to 2015 include Head of Evaluation Fine Fragrance Latam and Creative Fragrance Director Latam, where management of evaluation teams was a key responsibility. Early career positions include Fragrance Development Manager at International Flavors & Fragrances and technical roles at Centroflora Group and Shizen Cosmeticos. Luciana holds a Pharmacy and Biochemistry degree from USP and advanced degrees in Marketing and Leadership from ESPM and BSP, respectively.
