Ravi Pillai is an experienced professional with a strong background in the cosmetic and chemical industries. Currently serving as Vice President at Symrise AG since August 2001, Ravi Pillai has held various leadership roles, including Senior Director and Director of Cosmetic Ingredients, and Global Product Manager, focusing on managing a portfolio of preservatives and anti-microbial ingredients. Prior to this, Ravi Pillai worked as a Senior Scientist at Block Drug Company, specializing in the formulation of topical products, and served as Laboratory Supervisor at Exxon Chemical Singapore, overseeing quality control for oil lubricants.
