René Hemeier

René Hemeier has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. René began their career as a Bankkaufmann at Deutsche Bundesbank from August 1998 to July 2000. René then took on an internship at Beiersdorf in 2005, where they focused on corporate projects. In 2006, they joined Symrise AG as a Corporate Internal Auditor and later transitioned to become the Head of Business Controlling & Pricing Management Fragrances EAME. In 2014, they were promoted to the role of Global Director Efficiency & Productivity Fragrance Division. Their most recent position at Symrise AG was as the Vice President Fragrances & Oral Care Africa, Middle East & Turkey. Prior to these roles, René also worked as a Working Student at Siemens, focusing on strategic tasks in Automation & Drives.

René Hemeier completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business Administration from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg during the years 2000 to 2006. In addition, they studied Strategic Management and International Relations at Universidad de Extremadura from 2002 to 2003.
