As Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales at Poshly Inc., Richard focused on commercial strategy during a transformative period for the beauty-tech startup. Richard's early career included pivotal roles at Arcade Beauty, where innovative digital sampling initiatives were launched and top-tier accounts were managed across notable companies like LVMH and Estée Lauder. Richard earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of South Florida.
