Shridhar Srinivasan

Shridhar Srinivasan has extensive work experience in the food and beverage industry. Shridhar started their career at Britannia Industries Limited as a Production Officer in 1993. Shridhar then worked at Bush Boake Allen (India) Ltd., (IFF) as a Business Development Manager from 1996 to 2000. From 2000 to 2001, they served as a Territory Sales Manager at Food Specialities Limited. From 2001 to 2008, they worked as a Business Development Manager at WILD Flavors Middle East FZE, Dubai, UAE. At Chr. Hansen, they held the role of National Sales Manager from 2008 to 2010. Shridhar then joined International Flavors & Fragrances as a Regional Sales Manager - Flavours (Corporate) from 2010 to 2012. Shridhar Srinivasan currently holds various leadership positions at Symrise AG, including Vice President - Flavor, India from 2019 to 2020, Vice President - Flavor - India, Indochina from 2020 to 2021, and Vice President - India, Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore, Food & Beverage from 2022 to present.

Shridhar Srinivasan completed their B.Sc (Tech) in Food Technology from Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur University in 1993. Prior to that, they earned a B.Sc degree in Chemistry from the University of Madras from 1987 to 1990. In 2008, they pursued a PGDMM in Marketing Management from ICFAI, Hyderabad, Dubai Knowledge Village Campus.
