Stephanie Coßmann

Stephanie Cossmann is a seasoned legal and management professional with extensive experience in the corporate sector. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Management of Symrise AG since February 2023, Stephanie previously held multiple leadership roles at LANXESS from November 2004 to April 2022, including Member of the Board of Management, Global Head of HR, and Group General Counsel. Prior to that, Stephanie worked as a Corporate Lawyer at Clifford Chance from January 2000 to October 2004 and completed their legal training at Landgericht Essen. Stephanie's academic background includes a position as a Research Assistant at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster, focused on European private law, and an Erasmus exchange at Université Panthéon Assas, specializing in business law. Additionally, Stephanie gained international experience as a legal trainee in Singapore.
