Auralyn Cruz

Auralyn Cruz is an experienced professional with a diverse background encompassing roles in customer engagement, subject matter expertise, and the performing arts. Currently serving as a Subject Matter Expert and Customer Engagement Specialist at Synagie since April 2021, Auralyn has previously contributed as a Professional Actor and Dancer at Tanghalan@Obra Theatre Co. from January 2013 to February 2023. Additional experience includes working as a Flight Controller at Cebu Pacific Air from March 2018 to March 2021 and participating in an internship program at Siam@Siam Design Hotel Pattaya in 2016. Auralyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Tourism and Travel Management from Lyceum of the Philippines University, earned in April 2017.
